AvTeam creates a space where members can connect, share experiences, and build confidence while navigating everyday life. Through supportive conversations, collaborative goal-setting, and the Connext Care Discord community, members are empowered to advocate for themselves and grow at their own pace.

How It Works

How It Works

AvTeam is a supportive community for neurodivergent individuals, sometimes playfully referred to as “neurospicy” members of our community who are navigating life with high-functioning autism or other neurodivergent experiences. The group provides a safe and welcoming environment where members can openly discuss challenges, celebrate achievements, and explore strategies for personal growth.

Members are encouraged to share experiences, ask questions, and support one another while learning practical ways to navigate work, relationships, education, and everyday responsibilities.

Members participate in open discussions where they can talk about challenges, share successes, and receive encouragement from peers.

Small Goal Setting
AvTeam focuses on achievable steps that help members build confidence and independence over time.

Peer Empowerment
Members learn to advocate for themselves while supporting others who may be navigating similar experiences.

CC Discord Community
The CC Discord provides a digital space where members can stay connected, share resources, ask questions, and support one another between meetings.
