Tasha, originally from CT has lived in Florida for 20 years. She has a large blended family that includes nine children. Out of the nine children, four of them are on the Autism spectrum, ranging from low functioning to high. Tasha has two decades of experience working with individuals with disabilities and specializes in behavioral management.

As an agency owner, she prides herself with applying the "person centered approach" to her staffing model. Connecting the consumer with the right staff fosters an optimal environment for individuals to live healthy and productive lives.
