To help support our team, Connext Care will be offering gas card assistance to eligible staff members who provide Companion, Supported Employment (SEC), and Supported Living Coaching (SLC) services.
This program is intended to help offset some of the travel costs associated with providing services in the community.
To access the Staff Portal, you will first need to create an account on the website.
The Staff Portal contains important links and digital forms related to your employment with Connext Care, including documentation forms, updates, and staff resources.
